frameyour.app is run by Ayush Panwar, an independent app developer. This page says what is collected when you use it, why, and who else is involved.
Your screenshots stay in your browser
The screenshots you add are read, framed and exported on your own device. They are kept in your browser's storage and are never uploaded to our servers. That is also why a project opened on another device asks for its images again.
What we store
Your account: an identifier and the email address you sign in with. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, which also holds your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Your projects: the project name, the template and layout settings, and the caption text you type or translate. No image data.
Usage counts: how many exports and translated captions your account has used each month, so plan limits can be applied.
Billing status: which plan you are on, when it renews or ends, and the identifiers our payment provider gives us for you and your subscription. We never receive or store card numbers.
Caption translation
When you use AI translation, the caption text you ask to translate is sent through Cloudflare AI Gateway to a Google Gemini model, and the translations come back. The gateway may cache and log these requests so repeated translations are faster and abuse can be limited. Do not put personal or confidential information in captions.
To limit abuse of this feature we count requests per account and per IP address. The IP address is stored only as a one-way hash.
Who else handles your data
Clerk, for accounts and sign-in. Polar, for checkout, payments and invoices. Turso, for the database. Cloudflare, for hosting and for the AI Gateway. Google, for the translation model. Each receives only what it needs for that job.
We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on the site.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Your light or dark theme choice and your screenshots are kept in your browser's own storage. There are no advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting
Your projects and account are kept until you delete them. You can delete a project from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account and everything stored with it, or to ask for a copy of your data, write to the address below. Payment records are kept by Polar for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
