Refund policy

Short version: you can try everything that matters on the Free plan first, you can cancel Pro at any time, and payments already made are not refunded.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing page whenever you like. No further payments are taken, and Pro stays active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. After that the account moves to the Free plan and your projects stay.
No refunds
Payments are not refunded, including for part of a billing period you do not use. The Free plan lets you run the whole flow before paying, with a watermark and without translation, so you can see whether it works for you first.
Exceptions
If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged after you cancelled, write to us and it will be put right. Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from a purchase, that right applies.
